I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the friendliness, courteous and professional behavior of the driver that made our delivery. I was concerned our narrow road was going to be a problem, but he was able to get the truck into a position to make the delivery and put the pellets exactly where requested. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but I am sure you have the record of delivery. This was my first time using PelletSales.com and I was extremely please with the ease of ordering and delivery.

I wish I got the name of the fine gentleman who delivered the pellets. What a Pro! He delicately and precisely placed the pellets in the back of the garage with the forklift.
