You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. I was told that the delivery of my wood pellets would be the driver’s last delivery of the day, so I was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived at 2:00 p.m..
