I was told that the delivery of my wood pellets would be the driver’s last delivery of the day, so I was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived at 2:00 p.m.. I was grateful that the driver put the two pallets in my garage. I was amazed at the skill and the speed at which he completed this difficult task. The driver was very friendly and courteous. I wish I got the name of the fine gentleman who delivered the pellets. What a Pro! He delicately and precisely placed the pellets in the back of the garage with the forklift. I mean this guy was like the (insert your favorite hall of fame sports legend here) of forklift operators. Nice guy too. Please keep people around like him and I will use your service forever. "
