I wish I got the name of the fine gentleman who delivered the pellets. What a Pro! He delicately and precisely placed the pellets in the back of the garage with the forklift. I mean this guy was like the (insert your favorite hall of fame sports legend here) of forklift operators. Nice guy too. Please keep people around like him and I will use your service forever. "

Thank you very much, I just wanted e-mail you to thank you for the wonderful service. The delivery person called to advise me that he would be at my house and asked where I wanted the pellets placed. I was unable to be home, but he placed them in exactly the places that I had requested!!
