I can't tell you how impressed I am with your company and website. My husband and I take great pains to research the pellets that we are considering and usually have to go to each individual pellet company's website to get that information. The composition of the pellet, the ash content, the BTU rating and moisture content are all there as well as the pricing and delivery fee's. The website is very easy to navigate which tells me that someone invested many, many hours to develop it. The bonus was that we were scheduled for our delivery on a specific day and time and it actually was delivered on that day and time. I'm recommending you to everyone I know who has a pellet stove and I hope you plan on being in business for a long time because I'm going to need you every year for our pellets. Thanks so much for the great delivery service. We specified to the left of the garage where other folks have just dropped them on the grass (there is no grass there anymore). Not sure which of your guys delivered the 2 tons we ordered, but they noticed that we had empty pallets stacked on the side of the shed. The pellets were placed neatly beside the empty pallets and off the grassy area. Very nice surprise. Well done!!"
