Yesterday afternoon I received my delivery of 6 tons of pellets from your company and I was totally impressed with your people. You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. The driver just dropped off my order of two tons of pellets . You have put together the ultimate way to buy wood pellets . I used to drive about 30-40 miles one way , make four trips there & back with my pickup to get two tons of pellets home . Last year at $4.00 per gallon of gas ... I spent more driving my truck back & forth than your delivery charge . Thanks again . I'm telling everyone I know about you guys ."
