Yesterday afternoon I received my delivery of 6 tons of pellets from your company and I was totally impressed with your people. You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. Thank you very much, I just wanted e-mail you to thank you for the wonderful service. The delivery person called to advise me that he would be at my house and asked where I wanted the pellets placed. I was unable to be home, but he placed them in exactly the places that I had requested!!
