Yesterday afternoon I received my delivery of 6 tons of pellets from your company and I was totally impressed with your people. You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the friendliness, courteous and professional behavior of the driver that made our delivery. I was concerned our narrow road was going to be a problem, but he was able to get the truck into a position to make the delivery and put the pellets exactly where requested.
