Yesterday afternoon I received my delivery of 6 tons of pellets from your company and I was totally impressed with your people. You take pride in your work because before I started stacking my pellets I noticed one of the bottom bags had been wet and starting to fall apart. Once I open the big plastic bag I had one extra bag, I can't believe you are so professional and had already notice the damage before they left you shop. We have been with you for a year. We just received our second load of pellets. Our driver goes out of his way to put the pellets just where my husband wants them. For our friend who has pellet stove we have given them your information to place an order. We told them if you buy from other stores expect problems.
