Terms and conditions to participate in the drawing of $450 worth of wood pellets (including cost of delivery): ✓ Drawing participation conditions: participants must be 21 years old or more, be a resident of the United States, eligible to take the poll, he must complete the poll questionnaire, submit it online along with his contact information (Name. home address, phone number and email address). Only one person per household may participate in the drawing. No purchase necessary. ✓ Date and time limits: August 16, 2019, at midnight (Eastern Daylight Time). ✓ Prize allocation method description: each completed questionnaire files online is numbered. A number will be selected randomly allowing to identify the winning questionnaire and thus the winner. John Arsenault, Manager of the Quebec Wood Export Bureau (QWEB), will make the drawing along with a witness. ✓ Prize description: $450 worth of wood pellets, in bags, including delivery, will be delivered to the winner’s home address. ✓ Location, date and time of the prize winner: at the offices of the Quebec Wood Export Bureau (QWEB), located at 979 Ave de Bourgogne, suite 540, Quebec (QC) G1W 2L4, Canada on August 30, 2019 at noon (EDT). ✓ Means of communication with prize winner: by telephone. ✓ Date and time limit for prize delivery to a winner: October 30, 2019 at midnight (EDT). ✓ Location of winner results: the name of the winner will be posted on the Quebec Wood Export Bureau site at (www.quebecwoodexport.com). ✓ In case it is impossible to reach the winner: if it proves to be impossible to reach the winner by phone, by email or by regular mail, a second questionnaire number will be randomly drawn after October 30, 2019. It will take at most one month to contact the second winner and deliver the prize.
